Qualifications for 2024 HEC Jobs
The PPS-10 and PPS-09 roles are open to applicants with different backgrounds and degrees of expertise. The Project Director (PPS-10) has to have 12 years of relevant experience, includes more than five decades of managerial experience, and a Master’s degree or its equivalent. In addition to seven years of relevant experience, including three years of management or project handling experience, the Regional Coordinator (PPS-09) requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, computer science, or information technology. Five years of experience and a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least a second division are prerequisites for the Project Manager (PPS-08).
Experience
Two Project Officer (PPS-07) jobs are available, and candidates must have a minimum of two decades of experience and a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or information technology. The monthly compensation package is 157,500/-, and the upper age restriction is 40. Additionally, the jobs demand at least three years of relevant experience.
